Granola Tarts

Utilities
Muffin tray

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Baking time: 12 minutes

Ingredients

150 grams of Lisa's Choice Granola (flavor of your choice)
1 egg white, beaten
2 tablespoons of honey
6 tablespoons of quark (room temperature)
6 tablespoons of mascarpone (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of fruit of your choice, diced

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease the muffin tray (for 6 tarts).

1. Mix the granola with the beaten egg white and honey.
2. Divide the granola mixture among the 6 muffin cups, pressing it onto the bottom and creating slightly raised sides (not too high). Press down firmly.
3. Place the muffin tray in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Then, take them out and press the granola down again with a spoon. Allow them to cool completely, and then carefully remove the cups from the muffin tray.

Whisk the quark with the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Taste and adjust by adding more powdered sugar or vanilla extract if desired. Fill the granola cups with the quark-mascarpone mixture and garnish with fresh fruit.

Tip: You can make the granola cups a day in advance. After cooling, store them in an airtight container outside the refrigerator.

Tip: You can also sprinkle some grated dark chocolate or finely chopped mint on top for added flavor.
