Water, rice flour*, tapioca flour*, cornstarch*, potato starch*, margarine* (palm oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, water, emulsifier: sunflowerlecithine, acidity regulator: citric acid), cane sugar*, sunflower oil*, cornmeal*, yeast*, thickening agent: guar gum*, rock salt, EGGwhite powder*.

Preparation
Season the meat or fish and coat it with (gluten-free) flour. Shake off excess flour and then dip it into egg white or egg yolk, followed by breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto the surface. For a thicker coating, repeat the process. For a crispy topping on the casserole, sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs, possibly with some cheese and small knobs of butter, over the dish before placing it in the oven.
