Açai Bowl

A festive breakfast, packed with healthy ingredients. A great way to start the day!

Açai Bowl

Ingredients

For 2 people

blender
2 nice bowls

1 packet (100 grams) of Açai pulp (available at stores like Crisp.nl)
1 frozen banana (or 100 grams of frozen mango pieces)
50 grams of frozen blueberries
100 ml of almond milk
4 tablespoons of Lisa's Choice Berry Madness granola
2 handfuls of chopped nuts
fresh fruit such as banana slices, blueberries, and raspberries

Preparation

1. In a blender, combine frozen Açai pulp, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and almond milk. Blend until you have a thick, smooth mixture. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little extra milk.
2. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls.
3. Decorate the bowls with granola, fresh fruit, and chopped nuts.
4. Serve the Açai bowl immediately.
